Summary: ID-TEACHERS responds to the need to help VET professionals adapt to learning environments that are increasingly digital, dynamic and learner-centred. The project aims to develop competences, pedagogies and tools that enable trainers to design microlearning experiences that are more effective, more engaging and more closely aligned with the behaviours of today’s digital learners. Its results include resources and tools tested in real contexts, a virtual campus, an educational web app and other materials designed to support the creation of learner-centred digital experiences based on Instructional Design.
