Summary: d-ICT sought to improve distance learning in VET, responding to the difficulties many educators experienced during the rapid transition to remote formats in the context of COVID. The project aimed to strengthen trainers’ competences to design more interactive, welcoming and effective asynchronous e-learning experiences, while also helping to reduce the risk of dropout. Its main results include reports on lessons learned and national diagnosis, an e-toolkit for distance practices and a positive climate in the e-classroom, as well as a gamified asynchronous learning experience, complemented by a serious game and other supporting digital resources.
