Summary: LIFEx aimed to transfer the European LifeComp framework into immersive learning experiences focused on the development of soft skills in training and work contexts. The project used virtual reality as a means of developing personal, social and learning-to-learn competences, while also strengthening the capacity of VET centres and schools to offer more engaging training solutions aligned with labour market needs. Its results include a LifeComp competence matrix applied to immersive experiences, VR training pathways, e-assessment tools, a booklet on virtual reality pedagogical approaches for soft skills and a sustainability strategy to support continuity and future uptake.
