Summary: EVA was designed to respond to the growing need for skills in AI-driven HR and talent management, especially within the VET ecosystem and among SMEs. The project combines research with stakeholders, co-design, piloting and dissemination to ensure that these skills are practical, ethical and aligned with the labour market. Its main results include a competence framework in AI-driven HR aligned with the EQF/ESCO, a 60-hour EQF Level 4 training programme, an AI assistant to support learning, a gamified simulation of a workplace HR context, and recommendations for sustainability and policy uptake.
