Summary: InclusiVR@Work seeks to reduce the employability gap faced by people with disabilities by promoting greater understanding, empathy and capacity to implement reasonable accommodation in workplaces. The project uses immersive virtual reality experiences as a “lens” to deconstruct stereotypes and enable employers, VET professionals and HR managers to better understand the challenges experienced by people with disabilities. Its expected results include three VR simulations on physical, hearing and visual disabilities, a CPD programme for VET professionals, a 12-module MOOC for HR and other stakeholders, and a collection of good practice cases to support the adoption and transfer of the results.
