Summary: FENIX was developed to support companies and workers in strengthening their organisational resilience in contexts of uncertainty and adversity. The project combined a strategic and human perspective, promoting a lifelong learning approach applied to the business context and advocating more systemic adaptive management practices. Its main results include a gamified training experience, a guideline to support the implementation of organisational resilience practices and an online crash course on adaptive management, all aimed at helping companies respond more robustly to crises and rapid change.
