Mediante la definici\u00f3n de los Acuerdos de Nivel de Servicio (SLA) que formalizan la l\u00ednea de base del servicio, se dan garant\u00edas de que las necesidades del negocio previamente establecidas se proporcionen de forma efectiva y de acuerdo con los atributos de calidad. Adem\u00e1s, se definen Acuerdos de Nivel de Servicio (SLA) de asistencia, de gesti\u00f3n de incidentes y de respuesta a preguntas generales. Es decir, se asume el compromiso de ayudar a los usuarios en todas sus fases y acciones en el sistema. Por otra parte, los Acuerdos de Nivel de Servicio (SLA) asociados a la disponibilidad, en caso de que no se cumplan, tendr\u00e1n repercusiones financieras. Este m\u00e9todo demuestra la confianza en la calidad comprobada de la plataforma, as\u00ed como en nuestra total orientaci\u00f3n al Cliente. A\u00f1adimos que, a la luz de las buenas pr\u00e1cticas de servicio, todos los Acuerdos de Nivel de Servicio (SLA) tienen una descripci\u00f3n acorde con su criticidad para el negocio, desde los pedidos de servicio sin impacto en la productividad hasta la definici\u00f3n de incidentes mayores, lo que permite una gesti\u00f3n eficiente de los recursos y un enfoque en la satisfacci\u00f3n del Cliente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Toda la interacci\u00f3n en el marco de los pedidos de asistencia y gesti\u00f3n de Acuerdos de Nivel de Servicio (SLA) se gestiona en un portal de cliente, lo que promueve la transparencia y la comodidad del autoservicio.
